Ecstatic Dance: Healing In Motion

In this 75 minute somatic dance experience, through music, movement, and energy, you’ll let go of the thinking mind and drop down into your body to release unexpressed emotions, shift dense energy, and reconnect with the light of your authentic self. I’ll guide you through prompts designed to bring awareness to your chakras and invite in the nurturing elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.
